PENDANT ENGRAVING SERVICES


We take care when personalising pendants with laser engraving. The customer does not have the option of where the engraving is placed however My Angel's selected engraving provider takes all care to ensure reasonable placement. Engraving will tend to be placed on the back, center of the pendant.

Engraving has a flat rate cost NZ$40 per pendant. Customers can select a font type and wording when ordering pendants. We copy the lettering exactly as you have it written when ordering, including capitalisation.  Each line is limited to 12 alpha-numeric characters (no emojis or pictures) - rememember the more characters per line the SMALLER the font will be!

Please allow up to one week for engraving to be completed. If urgent services are required please contact My Angel to discuss (additional charges will apply).

Please note that the usual returns policy does not apply for personalised pendants. Personalised products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault or an incorrect pendant is sent (ie it is not what you ordered). We reserve the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion. In the case of inappropriate use of this service, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
