Photographs, images, artwork, names, dates and wording can be printed on selected urns. What is possible will depend on the shape, colour and available printing area of the urn.
For the best result, please upload the highest-quality version of your photograph that you have. Original photos are usually better than screenshots or images downloaded from social media.
If we’re concerned that your photograph won’t print well, we’ll contact you before creating your final design.
Yes. Personalised photo and custom designs include a digital proof for your approval before printing. One round of minor changes is included so you can make sure you’re happy with your design before we go ahead.
Not every area of an urn is suitable for printing. UV printing works best on reasonably flat surfaces, so we’ll position your design within the most suitable printing area of your chosen urn.
If you have something particular in mind, just let us know and we’ll advise what’s possible.
Because personalised urns are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once your design has been approved and printing has begun.
