TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE NZ WOODERN URN RANGE ONLY
Please read below the special terms & conditions of the woodern urns. All other items on the My Angel website are covered under the terms and conditions located here.
The woodern urns are created from a natural product and therefore markings and grain may differ from the urn shown on the site. Please account for this when recieving your urn. All the urns on the NZ Native Wood collection are hand crafted in New Zealand by a skilled kiwi craftsman.
My Angel cannot guarantee supply of the urn you have ordered. Because we are purchasing these unique NZ Wood Urns from a third party craftsman and each item is uniquely created we cannot guarantee supply of the item you ordered. If we are supplying something similar, we will endeavour to send you photographs first for approval before dispatching. If by chance the craftsman cannot supply due to wood issues, we will refund your money.
